Lead the Databricks business group for a global technology consultancy, shaping strategy, driving growth, and building high-impact partnerships across North America. You’ll own the P&L, guide a focused team, and represent the company at major industry events while strengthening relationships with Databricks and key clients.

Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the Databricks business strategy, including service portfolio, target verticals, and competitive positioning
  • Own P&L for the Databricks business group, driving revenue and profitability
  • Lead the joint business plan with Databricks, aligning commercial objectives with partner leadership
  • Build and lead a focused team, including direct and matrixed reports
  • Drive go-to-market execution and orchestrate pursuit strategy on major opportunities
  • Align with business units, account teams, and global leadership to embed Databricks in client growth strategies
  • Strengthen and expand the strategic relationship with Databricks, maximizing incentives and co-sell programs
  • Drive co-marketing, field activation, and demand generation initiatives with Databricks’ channel and alliance teams
  • Represent the company at Databricks Data + AI Summit, Data + AI World Tour, and other high-value regional events
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in data and artificial intelligence consulting, technology services, or enterprise software, with a strong commercial and go-to-market track record
  • Proven success leading or scaling a data platform business with full P&L responsibility in a systems integrator, consulting firm, or technology company
  • Deep command of the Databricks ecosystem, including products, partner program mechanics, co-sell motion, and competitive landscape
  • Demonstrated ability to own and grow significant revenue targets through pipeline development, partner alignment, and executive deal leadership
  • Experience building and leading high-performing teams, including direct and matrixed reports
  • Executive presence and credibility with senior client and partner stakeholders, comfortable at the C-suite level
  • Decisive, execution-oriented, and able to set direction, prioritize, and hold the business accountable for results
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and senior stakeholder management skills
  • Location flexibility within North America; willingness to travel as needed
