We are seeking a highly capable Lead .NET Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys guiding technical teams while staying hands-on with complex software challenges. You'll play a key part in shaping how solutions are built and delivered, working closely with both technical and business stakeholders. This role offers a hybrid model, with 3 days per week working from the client's office in Kraków, Poland
Responsibilities
- Guide the design and development of robust, scalable software solutions
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to team members throughout the development process
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into clear technical plans
- Oversee code quality through reviews and the enforcement of best practices
- Coordinate work across the team to ensure timely and consistent delivery
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide the team toward effective resolutions
- Support planning and estimation efforts to keep projects on track
- Drive continuous improvement by introducing better tools, practices, and approaches to the team's workflow
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in software development
- At least one year of experience leading and managing teams
- Strong skills in C# .NET, with particular emphasis on .NET Core frameworks
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure for building and deploying cloud-based solutions
- Proficiency in SQL for managing and querying relational databases
- Fluent English communication skills at a B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Databricks to support data processing and analytics workflows
