We are currently seeking a Senior SAP SD Consultant to join our dedicated EPAM team.

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers to understand and collect relevant requirements
Analyze business needs to anticipate and design fitting solutions
Participate in business workshops and conduct Fit-to-Standard Analysis
Configure and customize SAP Logistics, Sales, and Supply Chain solutions in alignment with industry-specific requirements
Create project documentation, including training materials for application users
Provide troubleshooting and support for SAP implementations

Requirements

Knowledge of 2+ modules or applications within the specific system
Understanding of programming languages relevant to the listed modules or applications
Knowledge of business processes within a designated functional area
Background in working with system modules or applications for 3+ years and across 2+ projects
Certified in system functionality (at least associate level) is recommended
Able to guide and oversee a team comprising 2-3+ people
Familiarity with basic project management and people management principles
Solid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA overall functionality and SAP Activate methodology
Core knowledge of processes within a specific business domain
Proficiency in SAP SD capabilities such as organization structure setup, order management, ATP, pricing, outputs, printing forms, OTC process, and returns
Familiarity with specialized processes: customer consignment, STO, third-party processing
Understanding of IDocs and 3PL integration
Skills in enhancement techniques, including user exits, enhancement points, and BAdis
Understanding of SAP Fiori launchpad customization
Capability to work independently and effectively as part of an international project team
English language proficiency at B2 level (confident communication with stakeholders, ability to convey ideas clearly)
