We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst for the Subcontractors Operations unit (EU team) to enhance our growing team.
In this role, you will collaborate with Business Partnering Services (BPS) – a division within EPAM's Global Finance department responsible for handling administrative and financial functions related to EPAM leadership and client relationships. You will join a group of 300+ specialists dedicated to supporting business growth.
Responsibilities
- Handle contractor agreements, verify invoices, review contractors’ timesheets, and manage rate cards
- Conduct regular coordination calls with contractors, subcontractors, EPAM departments, and project staff
- Enter data into EPAM's internal systems and maintain continuous oversight of these systems
- Perform cost accounting processes within corporate accounting systems and participate in month-end closure activities, including analysis, report preparation, data assessment, and commentary
- Establish a seamless subcontractors process while providing consulting support on contractors and subcontractors' lifecycle within EPAM
- Maintain and update guides, manuals, and internal instructions
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information
Requirements
- Higher economic education is preferred
- 1+ years of work experience
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and complex formula applications
- Strong analytical abilities, keen attention to detail, and high accuracy levels
- Understanding of accounting principles and corporate finance
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of proficiency in written and spoken English
- Capability to handle large data volumes, multitask, and meet strict deadlines
- High resilience, self-discipline, and goal-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Competency in managing time across remote settings and different time zones
