We are seeking a Senior Java Spring Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable applications while supporting cloud-native solutions and resilient, distributed systems.
Please note that working from the client's office is required 3 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable Java-based applications
- Build and support cloud-native solutions on Azure and AKS
- Develop and enhance microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Security
- Manage containerized deployments and infrastructure using Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform
- Implement and optimize messaging solutions leveraging Kafka and RabbitMQ
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and resilient systems
- Perform performance analysis, troubleshooting, and tuning of applications and messaging platforms
- Support knowledge transfer and handover activities as part of project onboarding
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
- Understanding of Spring Security and secure application design
- Expertise in Azure, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Terraform, and Helm
- Expertise in containerization and Kubernetes-based deployments
- Strong experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka and RabbitMQ
- Proficiency in SQL and PostgreSQL
- Experience with distributed caching/data grid technologies such as Apache Ignite or Hazelcast
- Experience building and supporting high-performance messaging applications
- Strong performance tuning and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Proficiency in English at a B2+ level

- Experience in event-driven architecture and distributed systems
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices and DevOps automation
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools
