We are seeking a Lead/Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in Corporate Actions to drive the enhancement of operations through AI-powered automation. In this role, you will support the deployment of AI agents designed to automate and optimize workflow tasks, reduce manual intervention, and increase end-to-end process transparency across business units.
Responsibilities
- Identify and categorize non-STP workflow tasks requiring manual intervention
- Establish clear criteria for AI agent applicability across workflows
- Assess current processes and validate opportunities for improvement
- Propose solutions using standardized data products
- Analyze workflows to uncover inefficiencies and recommend actionable enhancements
- Define future-state processes that integrate agentic AI with shared workflows and user interfaces
- Ensure scalability and cross-domain applicability of designed solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI solutions with operational realities, regulatory requirements, and business objectives
- Prepare FRDs and support requirement gathering activities throughout the project lifecycle
- Work onsite from the office 3 days per week as mandatory
Requirements
- 7-15 years of overall experience in IT, with a strong background in Business Analysis
- Expertise in Corporate Actions and related operational workflows
- Proficiency in FRD preparation and requirement gathering
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices
- Familiarity with Gen AI concepts and applications in business process automation
- Skills in process analysis, workflow optimization, and solution design
- Understanding of regulatory requirements within Corporate Actions operations
