We're on the hunt for an AI Product Manager to join our organization. This position is a great match for someone who flourishes where technology, business strategy, and go-to-market execution intersect. You'll operate across various functions, translating emerging AI capabilities into real-world solutions that create measurable impact for the business. If the idea of building tangible AI products while partnering with sales, marketing, and operations teams excites you, this role could be the right fit

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Worldwide Field Operations, encompassing Sales, Sales Architects and Engineers, Renewals, Channels, RevOps, Professional Services, and Customer Support, along with Marketing and Product teams, to surface AI opportunities and clarify the problem, intended users, and success criteria
  • Chart go-to-market workflows from start to finish, covering lead-to-cash, renewals, partner deal registration, issue-to-resolution, and feedback-to-roadmap, with the goal of cutting out unnecessary steps and manual work
  • Take ownership of the AI backlog tied to go-to-market efforts, ranking incoming requests according to business value, required effort, risk level, and strategic alignment
  • Assess each incoming request to determine the best path forward, whether that's a custom-built AI agent, a low-code or no-code solution, AI functionality embedded in SaaS platforms like Salesforce, Gong, or Marketo, or broader workflow automation
  • Develop solutions addressing account research, meeting preparation, pipeline forecasting, renewals, partner enablement, RFP responses, case triage, campaign and content operations, and product feedback workflows
  • Independently construct and deploy AI agents, Claude Projects, and automated workflows, taking them all the way from early prototype to full production
  • Draft well-defined requirements, then build out solutions with the help of AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, covering the necessary APIs and integrations
  • Establish evaluation frameworks addressing accuracy, tone, customer impact, and human oversight, while upholding AI governance, security, and privacy standards alongside Security, Legal, and Enterprise Architecture teams
  • Push adoption forward through training and enablement programs, while monitoring metrics like time saved for sellers, cycle time, case resolution speed, and pipeline quality
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree, or comparable hands-on experience
  • At least 8 years of relevant background in software development, product management, RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Support Ops, or business systems
  • A minimum of 3 years spent in Senior, Lead, Manager, or Owner-level positions
  • Demonstrated history overseeing engagements for teams of 20 or more full-time staff
  • Direct experience building and launching AI agents and automation tools using platforms such as ChatGPT or Gemini
  • Practical, hands-on development background with AI coding assistants like Claude Code, including experience with APIs, integrations, and enterprise-level data
  • Solid familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG, tool use, and methods for evaluating AI performance
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales, renewals, and channel ecosystems, plus insight into how deals flow through delivery, support, and renewal cycles
  • Practical experience working with Salesforce and go-to-market platforms such as Gong, Clari, or PSA tools
  • Capability to establish credibility with sellers, engineers, and go-to-market leadership, translating AI topics into straightforward business language
  • Working familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Fluent English communication skills at a B2 level or higher
Nice to have
  • Background working with Conga CLM
  • Knowledge of AI governance approaches, along with familiarity with AWS Bedrock and Adobe Marketo Engage
  • Exposure to low-code agentic automation platforms and agentic workflow design
  • Hands-on background with Anthropic Claude and business process analysis
  • Understanding of context engineering, Glean, and Model Context Protocol
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Service Cloud, Agentforce, and Salesforce Apex
  • Holding relevant certifications, which would be seen as a valuable bonus
