We are building a team around a Senior Data Scientist role focused on measurable AI outcomes through statistical analysis, machine learning, and NLP. You will work across the full lifecycle, from preparing data to deploying models, coordinating closely with multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Deliver AI solutions such as classification, clustering, anomaly detection, and NLP
- Use statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to address challenging tasks
- Develop production-ready code and perform data analysis with Python and SQL
- Create workflows for model development and apply feature engineering methods
- Use Azure AI Search to make data and models easier to consume for business needs
- Coordinate with developers and project managers using GitLab and Jira
- Refine data pipelines and tune model performance for practical deployments
- Explain technical ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Evaluate and apply emerging technologies to solve project problems
- Support Agile workflows and stay effective with UNIX command line tasks
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience of 5+ years of professional work in Data Science
- Strong analytical skills in statistical data analysis, machine learning, and NLP while accounting for real-world limitations
- Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL, including libraries that support effective data analysis
- Practical experience developing AI solutions such as classification, clustering, or NLP
- Good understanding of ML Ops and feature engineering techniques for model workflows
- Ability to work with Azure AI Search to support business-driven model delivery
- Solid grasp of software development practices and versioning tools such as GitLab
- Familiarity with Jira for project tracking and participation in Agile workflows
- Competence with UNIX command line tasks and applying innovative technology solutions
- B2 level of English (Upper-Intermediate) or higher with strong technical communication ability
Nice to have
- Exposure to Cloud Computing, Big Data tools, and containerization solutions
- Experience with data visualization tools for communicating insights
