We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Lead Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Apps and Microsoft Copilot Studio. This role combines deep technical leadership with consulting and people management responsibilities, requiring an individual who is equally comfortable working directly with clients, designing enterprise solutions, developing complex applications and managing high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement initiatives across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Design scalable, secure and maintainable business solutions
- Translate business requirements into technical solution architectures through discovery workshops and design sessions
- Drive technical decision-making and ensure adherence to best practices
- Provide technical leadership to development teams and review solution designs, code quality and implementation approaches
- Define application architecture, integration strategies and data models
- Design and implement AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including conversational agents and business automation scenarios
- Integrate Copilot solutions with Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Microsoft 365
- Guide clients on AI adoption strategies and solution roadmaps
- Manage, mentor and develop team members, supporting hiring, onboarding and performance management activities
- Participate in resource planning and allocation across initiatives
- Contribute to practice-building and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the organization
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and/or Power Platform
- Proven experience as a Lead Developer, Technical Lead or Solution Lead, leading distributed delivery teams
- Strong client-facing consulting experience combined with the ability to balance project delivery and people management responsibilities
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale CRM and business process automation solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Apps (Model-Driven and Canvas) and Power Automate
- Expertise in Dataverse and Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Familiarity with Power Pages, Power BI and AI Builder
- Knowledge of Azure Services Integration
- Skills in C#, .NET and JavaScript / TypeScript
- Background in developing custom plugins, workflows and connectors
- Understanding of REST APIs and Web Services Integration

- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric
