Find me a jobWe are looking for a Product Manager/Product Owner to join our team in a hybrid working model in Goteborg and help our clients and internal teams transform business needs into well-defined technology and AI solutions while leading their delivery. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand how the business operates, shape requirements that teams can build and adopt and guide cross-functional teams through agile delivery. As a consultant, you will combine analytical rigor and structured delivery management with an advisory mindset, helping stakeholders prioritize, make informed decisions and realize measurable value.
You will take ownership of one or more products or workstreams, working with client stakeholders, architects, engineers and specialists. Assignments may vary in size, industry and delivery model, requiring flexibility to support diverse priorities across client engagements and internal initiatives.
- Work with business stakeholders and users to understand goals, current processes, pain points, and constraints, and translate them into clear problem statements, product scope, and measurable success criteria
- Facilitate discovery activities such as interviews, workshops, and process walkthroughs, and map current and target business processes and capabilities
- Define, prioritize, and maintain requirements as epics, user stories, and testable acceptance criteria, covering business rules, data, integrations, edge cases, and non-functional needs
- Set up and run agile delivery, adapting Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid approaches to the product, and refine the backlog, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Plan and track scope, schedule, budget, resources, and dependencies, and keep delivery transparent through regular reporting and clear status updates
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies early, and escalate decisions beyond the product's scope in a timely way
- Act as a main point of contact for client and internal stakeholders, facilitate workshops, steering meetings, and reviews, and build agreement across teams
- Coordinate cross-functional, often distributed teams, including vendors and partners, creating a collaborative and accountable working environment
- Identify where AI can support business processes, and manage AI and data initiatives from discovery and proof of concept through production adoption, working with AI specialists on feasibility, data readiness, evaluation, and responsible use
- Use AI tools responsibly to support analysis and product work, such as summarizing input, drafting requirements, planning, and reporting, while following client and company data-handling rules
- Proven experience in business analysis and/or product management on IT, digital, or technology products, preferably in a client-facing or consulting environment
- Strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, and prioritization, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and process modeling (for example BPMN or UML), and strong skills in planning, scope management, budget and resource tracking, and risk and issue management
- Solid practical experience with agile methods and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, and the ability to combine them with traditional planning where needed
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle, data, and system integrations, with enough technical literacy to discuss solutions and trade-offs with architects and engineers
- Working understanding of AI and generative AI use cases, limitations, and delivery considerations, such as data quality, evaluation, privacy, and human oversight
- Practical experience using AI tools to support everyday work, with good judgment on when and how to use them
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, including running workshops, managing expectations, handling conflicting priorities, and communicating clearly with business and technical audiences
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems, lead teams, and build alignment without formal authority, including in distributed and multicultural settings
- Experience with collaboration and delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, or similar
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English
- Experience in the automotive industry or similarly complex manufacturing or engineering environments
- Experience delivering AI, data, or cloud transformation products
- Business analysis, agile, or product management certifications, such as CBAP, CCBA, PSPO, PSM, PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe; equivalent applied experience is equally valuable
- Experience with the commercial side of delivery, such as fixed-price or time-and-materials engagements, estimation, and contract management
- Experience with data analysis, SQL, or reporting tools such as Power BI
- A degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
