We are seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to join EPAM's strategic partnership supporting a complex business separation and standalone migration program. This initiative includes migrating 600 applications across On-Premise (275), SaaS/Subscription (277), and Lab & OT (47) environments, driving execution toward a firm Go-Live date of July 1, 2027.

This is a hands-on technical execution role responsible for implementing enterprise middleware connections across the program's massive interface landscape (~13,154 interface links). You will rebuild and re-point interfaces on the new platform, validate end-to-end message flows in close collaboration with application owners and the SAP track, and actively support the SAP-clock cutover. Throughout the integration lifecycle, you will leverage AI-assisted interface refactoring tools, automated message payload validation, intelligent integration monitoring, and AI-driven cutover synchronization to ensure zero data loss, flawless mapping, and smooth wave execution.

Responsibilities
  • Rebuild, configure, and re-point legacy interfaces across target enterprise integration platforms (webMethods, SAP BTP CPI, Azure API Gateway) following global architecture patterns
  • Partner directly with application owners, functional consultants, and the SAP track to execute rigorous end-to-end message flow validation (IDoc/ALE, RFC/BAPI, REST/SOAP APIs)
  • Utilize AI-powered integration testing tools, automated schema mapping assistants, and intelligent payload validation scripts to accelerate development and catch mapping discrepancies early
  • Ensure seamless data synchronization between connected satellite applications and core SAP hubs across migration waves
  • Participate in cutover rehearsals, execute delta configuration syncs, and provide dedicated operational support during the synchronized SAP-clock cutover weekend
  • Rapidly investigate and resolve integration errors, message delivery failures, and connectivity bottlenecks during SIT, UAT, and hypercare
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business application owners to align integration delivery with wave execution milestones
Requirements
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in middleware development and enterprise integration
  • Practical, hands-on background in developing and re-pointing integrations using Software AG webMethods, SAP BTP Cloud Integration (CPI), or Azure/AWS API Management
  • Deep familiarity with SAP integration mechanisms (IDoc, ALE, RFC) and additional SAP messaging protocols (BAPI, OData)
  • Proficiency in standard enterprise protocols (REST, SOAP, SFTP, AS2)
  • Expertise in leveraging AI-assisted code/mapping refactoring tools, automated message validation scripts, and intelligent integration monitoring platforms
  • Strong competency in executing end-to-end message flow testing, payload validation, and working collaboratively with business application owners
  • Capability to execute rigorous deployment runbooks and support high-stakes cutover weekends under strict maintenance windows
  • English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher

  • Showcase of experience working on complex M&A IT separation or TSA exit integration programs
  • Familiarity with Ardoq integration inventories or automated CI/CD deployment pipelines for middleware artifacts
  • Qualifications in webMethods, SAP BTP, or cloud integration architectures
