We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys bringing structure and intelligence to go-to-market operations through practical technology solutions. You'll collaborate across sales, marketing, and customer-facing functions to identify friction points and turn them into tools that accelerate business outcomes. If you're energized by hands-on building paired with cross-functional influence, this position offers a strong opportunity to shape how AI transforms the GTM experience
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Worldwide Field Operations (Sales, Sales Architects and Engineers, Renewals, Channels, RevOps, Professional Services, Customer Support), Marketing, and Product teams to uncover AI opportunities and clearly define the problem, target users, and success measures
- Map GTM processes end to end, including lead-to-cash, renewals, partner deal registration, issue-to-resolution, and feedback-to-roadmap, to eliminate unnecessary steps and reduce manual effort
- Own and prioritize the AI backlog for GTM, ranking requests based on business value, required effort, risk, and strategic fit
- Triage incoming requests to determine the right approach, whether a custom AI agent, low-/no-code build, AI embedded within SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Gong, or Marketo, or workflow automation
- Develop solutions covering account research, meeting preparation, pipeline and forecasting, renewals, partner enablement, RFP response, case triage, campaign and content operations, and product feedback
- Personally build and deploy AI agents, Claude Projects, and automated workflows, taking them from initial prototype through to full production
- Write clear requirements, then build solutions using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, including related APIs and integrations
- Establish evaluation processes covering accuracy, tone, customer impact, and human review, applying AI governance, security, and privacy standards in partnership with Security, Legal, and Enterprise Architecture
- Drive adoption through training and enablement efforts, while tracking seller time saved, cycle time, case resolution time, and pipeline quality
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in software development, product management, RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Support Ops, or business systems
- At least 2 years in Senior, Lead, Manager, or Owner-level roles
- Proven track record managing engagements for teams of 5 or more full-time employees
- Direct experience building and deploying AI agents and automations using tools such as Glean, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or AWS Bedrock
- Hands-on development experience with AI coding assistants like Claude Code, including working with APIs, integrations, and enterprise data
- Working knowledge of prompt and context engineering, RAG, tool use, and AI evaluation methods
- Strong understanding of B2B sales, renewals, and channels, along with how deals progress through delivery, support, and renewal stages
- Practical experience with Salesforce and GTM tools such as Gong, Clari, CPQ, PSA, Service Cloud, and Marketo
- Ability to build trust with sellers, engineers, and GTM leaders, communicating AI concepts clearly in business terms
- Fluent English communication skills at a B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI governance principles to support responsible and compliant AI adoption
- Experience with AWS Bedrock for building and scaling generative AI solutions
- Background working with Adobe Marketo Engage for marketing automation and campaign management
- Experience with agentic automation low-code platforms to accelerate solution delivery
- Background designing and implementing agentic workflows for complex GTM processes
- Hands-on experience with Anthropic Claude for AI-driven solution development
- Background in business process analysis to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Knowledge of context engineering techniques to improve AI model performance and relevance
- Familiarity with Glean for enterprise search and knowledge discovery
- Working knowledge of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and its role in AI integrations
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ for configuring, pricing, and quoting workflows
- Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud for supporting customer service operations
- Relevant certification, which would be considered a valuable addition to your qualifications
