We are seeking a skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer with expertise in Golang, Python, Kotlin, or Node.js to join our Disaster Recovery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing in-house tools that support our Incident Command and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong technical background and a passion for building reliable, scalable systems.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance in-house tools that support Disaster Recovery, Incident Command, and SRE teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions
  • Ensure application reliability and performance through testing, optimization, and troubleshooting
  • Participate in code reviews to continuously improve tools and processes
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Contribute to the full cycle of development and deployment
Requirements
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a back-end or full-stack developer
  • Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Golang, Python, Kotlin, or Node.js
  • Understanding of how modern full-stack languages work, including the full development and deployment lifecycle
  • Experience with cloud platforms and services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Expertise in containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Competency in SQL and NoSQL database systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive mindset and strong initiative
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)
Nice to have
  • Experience working in a Disaster Recovery or SRE environment
  • Familiarity with incident management principles and tools
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
  • Previous experience with ServiceNow
  • Familiarity with web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Background in front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
