- Own the end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform implementations
- Lead discovery workshops, conduct architecture assessments, and define solution roadmaps
- Establish application, integration, security, and data architecture aligned with enterprise standards
- Design AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and agent-based technologies
- Ensure architecture governance and compliance with technical best practices
- Support pre-sales activities including estimations, proposals, and solution demonstrations
- Collaborate with business sponsors and executive stakeholders to align technology with strategic goals
- Mentor engineering and consulting teams, fostering knowledge sharing and capability growth
- 7+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE and/or Microsoft Power Platform
- Proven track record in solution architecture for enterprise-scale implementations
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate
- Strong knowledge of Azure integration and security concepts
- Understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and governance processes
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced proficiency in English for business and technical interactions
- Exposure to Power BI for analytics and reporting
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 ERP functionalities
- Industry experience in healthcare, insurance, financial services, or manufacturing
