We’re hiring an experienced BI Systems Analyst for the Data & AI department in the Technology Division, with one of Israel’s leading health organizations.
It’s a fast-moving tech environment with Cloud, AI and digital solutions that span the whole organization, a strong professional team, and a mission that matters.
You’ll join the BI systems analysis team. The team designs and manages how operational data is collected across the organization, plans data solutions, and owns business requirements end-to-end, working closely with business stakeholders and development teams.
Responsibilities
- Gather user requirements, understand business processes and turn data into business insights
- Write specification documents, from S2T through process, architecture, business and UI/visualization specs
- Lead Data projects and act as system owner for existing models and systems
- Work with many business and technical stakeholders on several tasks at once
Requirements
- BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Industrial Engineering & Management (Information Systems track)
- BI training or education, with a focus on DWH
- 3+ years in DWH/BI systems analysis, including functional and technical specifications
- 3+ years working in a Data Warehouse environment
- Experience writing complex SQL queries (SQL Server)
- Experience specifying dashboards in Power BI / Qlik Sense
Nice to have
- ETL development experience (Informatica / SSIS), a significant advantage
- Familiarity with Agile in BI environments
- Can handle pressure and deadlines, juggle several tasks, and communicate well
