Azure Cloud Practice Lead

We are actively seeking a remote Azure Cloud Practice Lead to join our dynamic team.

In addition to solid technical expertise in Cloud Azure, we are looking for individuals with strong connections in the local market and a significant presence in the local technical community. The ideal candidate will have a track record of community involvement through mediums such as podcasts, blogs, and local meetups. As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for leading cloud initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a coordinator for cloud-related initiatives, ensuring smooth integration and collaboration
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders using excellent soft skills
  • Implement and manage Cloud Azure solutions with a hands-on approach
  • Lead the development and strengthening of the company’s technical identity within the local tech community
Requirements
  • At least 7 years of practical experience in cloud development
  • A minimum of 2 years experience as an Architect
  • Mastery in Microsoft Azure technologies
  • Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash, Ruby, and Python
  • Expertise with Ansible and Jenkins
  • Experience with Terraform
  • Hands-on experience with Linux
  • Experience leading technical teams on at least 3 successful projects/cases in the last 2-3 years
  • Experience mentoring Engineers in the cloud development
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills (B2+ level)
Nice to have
  • Azure certifications are an additional advantage
  • Established network within the local technical community with a history of active participation in meetups is a significant plus
