We are searching for an AWS Business Operations Specialist to join our organization.

In this position, you will play a vital role in driving the effectiveness and growth of our AWS-centric business, converting large volumes of data into actionable recommendations that strengthen our partner relationships. You will collaborate with teams across departments to oversee multiple facets of AWS business operations, including CRM administration, project oversight, process enhancement, and client engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze AWS sales and operational data, manage internal CRM systems, track AWS ACE opportunities, and oversee revenue, usage, and forecasting activities
  • Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure data consistency and accuracy across internal and external reporting channels
  • Identify and recommend improvements to operational processes to boost the return on AWS business investments
  • Assist in compiling financial analyses and preparing presentations for senior leadership
  • Work with project teams to facilitate the effective handling and completion of AWS opportunities
  • Support the tracking of project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure targets are met
  • Participate in partner and alliance planning sessions, including resource distribution and risk analysis
  • Detect and address workflow challenges, suggesting solutions to optimize business operations
  • Implement operational best practices and automation to streamline processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance, information technology, or a related field
  • At least 8 years of experience in the IT industry
  • Minimum 3 years in leadership, management, ownership, architect, or coordinator positions
  • At least 2 years of experience leading teams of 20 or more individuals
  • Involvement in at least 5 complete project cycles or experience launching a product or significant product feature
  • Initiative and ability to organize, interpret, and act on data insights
  • Demonstrated experience in business and partnership operations
  • Strong analytical skills with a background in financial data interpretation
  • Project management experience, including knowledge of project management tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and stakeholder management
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Familiarity with cloud security and compliance standards
  • Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Nice to have
  • Experience in a similar role within a System Integrator (SI) or Global System Integrator (GSI) company
  • Skills in building automated self-service reports and dashboards using business intelligence platforms such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
