We are seeking a skilled Automation Tester to join our dynamic team and contribute to quality assurance efforts for our .NET-based projects.

The ideal candidate will bring a mix of manual testing expertise, proficiency in automation frameworks, and a collaborative mindset to ensure the robustness of our applications.

Responsibilities

Create and execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases aligned with project requirements
Develop and maintain automation scripts for both legacy systems (C#/Selenium) and modernized pages (TypeScript/Cypress)
Conduct API testing and implement automation strategies for backend systems
Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders in an Agile environment to ensure software quality
Investigate and document defects, working closely with developers to resolve them
Contribute to the automation framework's continuous improvement and scalability
Analyze project requirements to identify appropriate test approaches
Maintain test environments, ensuring proper configurations and data setup
Document testing procedures, methodologies, and results for knowledge sharing
Adapt to using TypeScript and Cypress for writing modernized autotests as the project evolves

Requirements

2+ years of proven experience in manual software testing and test automation
Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or WebdriverIO
Programming proficiency in C#, Java, or TypeScript/JavaScript
Understanding of Agile methodologies and Quality Assurance processes
Experience with API testing and automation techniques
Working knowledge of SQL and database operations
Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
Knowledge of cloud technologies and platforms
Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level

Nice to have

Background in testing within .NET-based environments
Familiarity with transitioning and maintaining automation scripts across legacy and modern tools
Expertise in debugging and optimizing test scripts in dynamic codebases
Capability to work effectively with cloud-native automated environments
