Automation Tester in .NET

We are looking for a skilled Automation Tester with expertise in .NET to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications.

In this role, you will test complex systems and implement automated solutions to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to developing innovative software solutions while maintaining the highest product standards.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement automation frameworks and testing strategies for .NET applications
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define testing objectives and requirements
  • Execute manual and automated tests to identify software defects and ensure specifications are met
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or WebdriverIO
  • Perform API testing and automation to validate seamless communication between systems
  • Analyze test results, document issues, and provide actionable feedback to development teams
  • Verify database accuracy and maintain data integrity using SQL-based testing
  • Contribute to improving and optimizing testing processes and methodologies
  • Participate in Agile workflows, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
Requirements
  • Background in automation testing with at least 2 years of experience in .NET applications
  • Qualifications in manual testing to validate software functionality and usability
  • Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or WebdriverIO
  • Skills in programming languages like C#, Java, or TypeScript/JavaScript for automation scripting
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and Quality Assurance standards
  • Expertise in API testing and automation to verify system interactions and functionality
  • Knowledge of SQL and database operations to ensure data consistency and accuracy
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher
Nice to have
  • Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline workflows
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and technologies for testing applications in cloud environments
