We are looking for a skilled Automation Tester in .NET to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the dependability and functionality of our software solutions through automated testing practices. You will work closely with different teams to create, implement, and maintain testing strategies that support the delivery of reliable and efficient software systems.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the software design team to establish quality assurance criteria and testing plans
- Identify weaknesses and opportunities for improvement within software applications
- Design and implement automated testing workflows for software systems
- Review bug reports and highlight problem areas in the application
- Develop and execute automation scripts to evaluate software performance
- Leverage analytical skills to enhance testing methods and outcomes
- Detect quality concerns and generate detailed reports for stakeholders
- Collaborate with the design team to resolve application issues effectively
- Maintain responsibility for learning relevant tools, technologies, and applications for testing activities
- Perform testing in Agile (Scrum) environments while adapting to iterative development processes
- Engage actively in Scrum practices and contribute to team discussions to drive process enhancements
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in automation testing
- Strong programming skills, including expertise in automation systems, debugging, and streamlining workflows
- Proficiency in automation and API testing using tools like Postman
- Ability to test mobile applications and create/manage automation frameworks for Android and iOS platforms
- Familiarity with programming languages such as C# and Java
- Experience using GitHub for version control and team collaboration
- Expertise in automation testing tools such as Playwright, RestSharp, and SpecFlow
- Keen attention to detail, with experience testing modern browsers and mobile devices
- Thorough understanding of software functionality, bug resolution, and testing standards
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for continuous integration and project management
- Familiarity with functional testing and its role in automation processes
