Join our team as an Automation & RPA Development Tech Lead, where you will design and manage UiPath automation solutions for workflows related to Unemployment Claim Determination and Work Opportunity Tax Credit needs.
Your expertise will guide the technical direction and delivery of robust automation systems that meet client requirements and security standards. Apply your skills to lead and innovate in a collaborative enterprise environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions to validate requirements and map current workflows, inputs, and integration points
- Define architecture for UiPath automation solutions including Studio, Robots, Orchestrator, queues, assets, and secrets management
- Integrate automation workflows with Pinnacle and WOTC management platforms using APIs ensuring reliability and audit compliance
- Design and oversee prompt engineering for large language models to support decision-making and quality control
- Guide development teams in building automation for Unemployment and WOTC determination processes
- Ensure setup and parity between non-production and production environments
- Manage secure handling of API keys, service accounts, and certificates
- Create comprehensive solution and technical documentation including software design, process definitions, and data mappings
- Coordinate user acceptance testing, hypercare support, deployment, and knowledge transfer to operations teams
Requirements
- Over 6 years of experience in robotic process automation with 3+ years in UiPath architectural leadership
- Expertise in designing RPA solutions, API integration, and Orchestrator configuration
- Familiarity with applying large language models in business process automation
- Strong knowledge of security practices, including single sign-on, OAuth, and secrets vaulting
- Proven leadership in managing cross-functional technical teams within enterprise settings
- Ability to produce clear technical documentation and manage stakeholder communications
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2+)
