Responsibilities
- Manage and configure Jira Cloud environments to meet organizational needs
- Develop and implement automation rules to streamline workflows and processes
- Set up and maintain Jira projects, schemes, workflows, permissions, and notifications
- Monitor and troubleshoot Jira Cloud issues to ensure timely resolutions
- Review and improve existing workflows and permission schemes
- Document existing and newly created processes in Jira
- Control changes in permission schemes, screens, workflows using automation and scripting
- Create automation for creation and modification of projects, schemes, workflows
- Provide ongoing application support for Jira Cloud users
- Update and maintain Jira environments for optimal performance
- Assist in development and support of Python scripts using Atlassian Python APIs
Requirements
- Experience in Atlassian Cloud administration with 2+ years managing Jira environments
- Knowledge of Groovy scripting for Jira customization
- Background in Jira Service Management configuration and maintenance
- Understanding of Jira plugins and their deployment
- Strong application support skills in a technical environment
- Effective problem-solving skills to address user issues and platform bugs
- English language proficiency B2 (Upper-Intermediate)
Nice to have
- Experience with Atlassian Python APIs
- Certification in Atlassian Administration
