We are looking for an Associate Technical Product Manager to join our remote team and oversee the delivery ownership of the data engineering stream while coordinating with the core development teams.
As an Associate TPM, you will be responsible for developing and leading the execution of product strategies and roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring delivery execution and ownership. You will need to have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and be able to align requirements with Delivery and Business teams.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, define, and document product/process requirements
- Align requirements with Delivery and Business teams
- Ensure delivery execution, delivery ownership, and cost containment
- Review workflows/brainstorm ideas to detect automation opportunities of repeated manual efforts
- Oversee process improvements to optimize system performance
- Track and analyze product metrics to ensure optimal performance and user experience
- Understand project requirements documentation and ensure cost containment of delivered solutions
- Build Agile culture/Lean Development/Kanban Swimlane in the team
- Coordinate with dev teams to align project delivery with the leadership vision
- Collaborate with other TPMs to ensure a unified standard and risk management approach
- Be available to work with customer leadership in the US Central time zone
Requirements
- At least 5 years of IT experience, aligned with 3+ years in Senior/Lead BA or 2+ years in a Product/Proxy-Product Owner role
- Strong knowledge in BA approaches/tools, project coordination, and management functions on projects, delivering sustainable solutions
- A positive driver and thoughts on improvements in the data engineering process
- Working with modern Agile developing methodologies and tools (excellent understanding of agile principles and values)
- Fundamental knowledge of SDLC and PM methodologies
- Upper-Intermediate level of English
Nice to have
- Product Management experience with a background in Microsoft SQL Server
- Awareness of cloud data solutions
- Experience in Process Improvement and Product Development
- Product metrics solutions experience
- Quality Management experience
- Awareness of Data Integration tools (Azure, AWS, or GCP environment)
