Associate Program Coordinator

We are in search of an Associate Program Coordinator to join our remote workforce. This essential role requires a solid engineering background, experience with top-tier consulting or audit projects, and a proven ability in refining processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in elevating our services and promoting professional development across our global enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the implementation of program initiatives
- Track and ensure adherence to program schedules and key milestones
- Enhance communication among project teams and key stakeholders
- Allocate and oversee resources and budgets for various programs
- Develop and apply strategies to improve program productivity and impact
- Assess program outcomes and propose necessary enhancements
- Aid in the professional growth and training of team members
- Maintain strict adherence to organizational norms and industry standards
- Compile comprehensive reports on the status and results of programs
- Serve as the primary point of contact to address and resolve program-related issues
Requirements
- At least 5 years of IT experience, specifically within software engineering
- Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role managing a team of five or more, in either a managerial or equivalent position
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple project phases across at least 2 full cycle projects
- In-depth knowledge of process optimization methods to improve business processes
- Skilled in analyzing complex data to drive strategic decisions
- Effective communication skills within a diverse and distributed team environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address and mitigate project hurdles
- High proficiency in English, both spoken and written at an Advanced level
Nice to have
- Certifications in project management or relevant professional fields
- Expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
- Experience in conducting interviews, mentoring, and coaching technical team members to bolster their skills and performance
