Associate Product Manager

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our remote team and oversee the development and management of our products.

In this role, you will play a vital part in our product's success by understanding customer needs, defining requirements, and ensuring successful product launch and management. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will drive innovation, prioritize features, and work with stakeholders to provide exceptional products. Your input will be critical to the success of our products and the growth of our company.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and prioritize product backlogs
  • Define and manage product requirements
  • Lead the product launch process
  • Create user stories to communicate product features and functionality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and marketing teams, to ensure product success
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to inform product decisions
  • Drive continuous improvement and optimization of products
Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Product Management
  • At least 2 years of experience in leading software development teams, demonstrating excellent leadership skills
  • Proficiency in backlog management and prioritization
  • Proven track record of successfully launching products
  • Excellent skills in requirements definition and management
  • Ability to create user stories that effectively communicate product features and functionality
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Fluent in English with a C1 level
Nice to have
  • Retail industry knowledge: Experience or understanding of the retail industry, including knowledge of retail operations, sales channels, and customer behavior trends, would be beneficial
  • Customer loyalty management: Experience or expertise in customer loyalty programs, customer relationship management (CRM), and customer retention strategies would be advantageous
