Associate Product Manager
We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting the strategy, leading the roadmap, and building a truly scalable ecosystem and products that unlock company-wide innovation. You will be expected to embrace the strategic vision and make decisions around short and long term trade-offs across different products while taking a longer-term view for a concise approach so that the technology you build is scalable, reliable, and maintainable. You will work closely with internal teams to understand the needs of internal and external customers to advise the roadmap. You will collect these opportunities in product requirements and drive execution working closely with engineering and operations to ensure a robust and scalable framework for our platform products. You will continuously measure progress against set goals and solicit critical feedback to ensure maximum impact and learning. You will lead and inspire high-performing cross-functional project teams across Product, Engineering, Business, and Operations.

- Build strong connections with internal teams to understand the needs of internal and external customers to advise the roadmap
- Drive execution working closely with engineering and operations to ensure a robust and scalable framework for our platform products
- Continuously measure progress against set goals and solicit critical feedback to ensure maximum impact and learning
- Lead and inspire high-performing cross-functional project teams across Product, Engineering, Business, and Operations
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT
- At least 2 years in Senior/Lead/Manager/Owner roles
- Proven track record in managing engagements for teams of 5+ FTEs
- Experience in at least 2 projects is required
- Experience in Product Ownership and Product Visioning
- Familiarity with Customer Development methodologies
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
