We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our team.
You will play a vital role in overseeing the planning and execution of business analysis activities, as well as the documentation of artifacts. Your responsibilities will include managing stakeholders, planning business analysis activities, and analyzing requirements. We are looking for a Product Manager with experience in requirements analysis, workflow process automation, technical savvy, API and components communication.
Responsibilities
- Manage stakeholders and their expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Plan business analysis activities and ensure comprehensive documentation of artifacts
- Oversee requirements analysis and ensure accurate and detailed documentation
- Utilize expertise in Lab Automation: LIMS and Life Sciences to support the successful delivery of the project
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate 3rd party applications and troubleshoot WEB Content errors
- Support Content Management Systems, including Content Hub/DAM, PCM, and WEB Content troubleshooting
- Implement CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps services or Jenkins for seamless project delivery
- Communicate effectively with the team and stakeholders to address their requirements and ensure a smooth project flow
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in business analysis and product management
- Proven ability in planning business analysis activities and documenting artifacts
- Proficient in requirements analysis, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with ITIL foundations, specifically in Incident and Service Request Management
- Experience in supporting Content Management Systems, including Content Hub/DAM, PCM, and WEB Content error troubleshooting
- Strong communication skills and a responsible attitude towards technical debugging, troubleshooting, and support
- Ability to create documentation for support and maintenance, including runbooks
- Fluency in written and spoken English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
