Success in this position requires excellent attention to detail, quick learning abilities, and a high level of accuracy in daily work. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. This hybrid role is based in Katowice.
Responsibilities
- Support daily operations in one of the core People Operations functions: Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration, depending on business needs
- Respond to employee requests through the ticketing system, providing accurate and prompt solutions
- Update and manage employee records in both internal and external HR and payroll systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Help maintain HR documentation and processes in line with company policies and legal standards
- Assist in preparing reports and summaries to meet operational or compliance requirements
- Collaborate with the People Team to enhance processes, elevate the employee experience, and contribute to team projects
Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail in all responsibilities
- English language proficiency at B2 level
- Fluency in Polish
- Proactive approach, positive mindset, and strong team orientation
- Background in a multicultural environment is a plus
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and spoken
- Foundational analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Capacity to manage confidential information with integrity
