We are looking for an Associate People Operations Specialist to become part of our Krakow-based team.

This hybrid position values meticulousness, a strong ability to learn quickly, and precision in every task. Success in this role relies on flexibility in a dynamic setting and clear communication with colleagues at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver day-to-day support in one of the main People Operations functions such as Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration, with the specific area assigned according to business priorities
  • Address and resolve employee inquiries through a ticketing platform, ensuring prompt and accurate follow-up
  • Update and manage employee information in both internal and external HR and payroll databases, maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance
  • Assist in ensuring all HR documentation and procedures align with company guidelines and legal standards
  • Contribute to the preparation of reports and summaries for operational or compliance needs
  • Work closely with the People Team to streamline processes, improve the employee journey, and assist with broader team projects
Requirements
  • Exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of work
  • English language skills at B2 level or above for effective workplace communication
  • Polish language proficiency at C1 level or higher for daily interactions
  • Positive, proactive attitude and strong team collaboration skills
  • Experience in an international or multicultural work environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Foundational analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Capability to work within deadlines and manage multiple priorities
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
  • Previous experience in a Shared Service setting
