This hybrid position calls for a detail-oriented approach, adaptability to new situations, and a commitment to accuracy. Success in this role is driven by your ability to navigate a dynamic workplace and communicate clearly with team members at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Deliver operational support in core People Operations functions such as Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration, with assignments determined by organizational priorities
- Handle employee queries through a ticketing platform, ensuring each request is addressed promptly and accurately
- Keep employee data up to date in both internal and external HR and payroll systems, prioritizing compliance and precision
- Assist in maintaining HR documentation and processes in line with company policies and legal standards
- Contribute to the creation of reports and summaries for operational and compliance needs
- Work alongside the People Team to optimize processes, improve the employee experience, and support collective projects
Requirements
- High level of attention to detail in all responsibilities
- English language skills at B2 level or above for effective interaction
- Polish language skills at C1 level or higher for daily communication
- Positive outlook, initiative, and strong collaboration abilities
- Background in working within multicultural or international teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic skills in analysis and problem-solving
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a busy environment
- Readiness to learn and embrace new responsibilities
- Discretion in managing sensitive and confidential information
- Previous experience in a Shared Service setting
