Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support in essential People Operations areas such as Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration, with assignments based on current organizational needs
- Manage employee inquiries through a ticketing system, ensuring each issue is resolved efficiently and correctly
- Update and maintain employee information in both internal and external HR and payroll platforms, with a strong emphasis on compliance and accuracy
- Support the upkeep of HR documentation and procedures to ensure alignment with company guidelines and legal obligations
- Assist in preparing reports and summaries for operational and compliance requirements
- Partner with the People Team to enhance processes, elevate the employee experience, and contribute to team-wide projects
Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of work
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher for clear and effective communication
- Polish proficiency at C1 level or above for everyday interactions
- Positive attitude, initiative, and strong teamwork skills
- Experience working in multicultural or international environments
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Foundational analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Experience in a Shared Service environment
