Join our Krakow office as an Associate People Operations Specialist.

Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on support in essential People Operations areas such as Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration, with assignments based on current organizational needs
  • Manage employee inquiries through a ticketing system, ensuring each issue is resolved efficiently and correctly
  • Update and maintain employee information in both internal and external HR and payroll platforms, with a strong emphasis on compliance and accuracy
  • Support the upkeep of HR documentation and procedures to ensure alignment with company guidelines and legal obligations
  • Assist in preparing reports and summaries for operational and compliance requirements
  • Partner with the People Team to enhance processes, elevate the employee experience, and contribute to team-wide projects
Requirements
  • Exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of work
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher for clear and effective communication
  • Polish proficiency at C1 level or above for everyday interactions
  • Positive attitude, initiative, and strong teamwork skills
  • Experience working in multicultural or international environments
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Foundational analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities
  • Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Experience in a Shared Service environment
