Join our Krakow team as an Associate People Operations Specialist in a hybrid role that emphasizes thoroughness, quick adaptability, and consistent accuracy.

Responsibilities
  • Provide daily operational assistance in key People Operations areas such as Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration, with assignments based on current business needs
  • Respond to employee requests via a ticketing system, ensuring timely and precise resolution
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR and payroll systems, both internal and external, with a focus on compliance and accuracy
  • Support the alignment of HR documentation and processes with company standards and legal requirements
  • Help generate reports and summaries for operational and compliance purposes
  • Collaborate with the People Team to refine workflows, enhance employee satisfaction, and contribute to team initiatives
Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail in all tasks
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher for clear communication
  • Polish proficiency at C1 level or above for everyday interactions
  • Positive attitude, proactive approach, and effective teamwork skills
  • Experience working in a multicultural or international environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Capacity to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Experience in a Shared Service environment
