Responsibilities
- Provide daily operational assistance in key People Operations areas such as Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration, with assignments based on current business needs
- Respond to employee requests via a ticketing system, ensuring timely and precise resolution
- Maintain and update employee records in HR and payroll systems, both internal and external, with a focus on compliance and accuracy
- Support the alignment of HR documentation and processes with company standards and legal requirements
- Help generate reports and summaries for operational and compliance purposes
- Collaborate with the People Team to refine workflows, enhance employee satisfaction, and contribute to team initiatives
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail in all tasks
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher for clear communication
- Polish proficiency at C1 level or above for everyday interactions
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and effective teamwork skills
- Experience working in a multicultural or international environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Capacity to handle confidential information responsibly
- Experience in a Shared Service environment
