EPAM and AWS work together to win new clients and grow existing ones. As our Associate Partner Marketing Manager, you’ll turn that partnership strategy into campaigns, events and content that move pipeline, with your results tied directly to revenue and marketing influence. This is a hands-on role, running programs from brief to results and getting things done in a large, matrixed organization.

You’ll partner with EPAM marketing, sales and alliances teams and work side by side with AWS partner and marketing contacts across North America and Europe.

Ready to build the future of EPAM’s strategic AWS partnership across North America? Apply today!

Responsibilities
  • Run AWS-focused marketing plans aligned to EPAM's business priorities and our agreed revenue and marketing-influence targets
  • Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, webinars, workshops and field activation
  • Drive AWS content from idea to publication, including social, SME articles, white papers, video scripts and customer stories
  • Organize and promote AWS events, including AWS re:Invent and regional activations in cities like Houston, Boston and New York
  • Manage lead and demand-generation programs so leads are captured, nurtured and handed to sales cleanly
  • Build trusted relationships across EPAM and AWS, from the marketing team to the field
  • Manage MDF through the AWS partner portal and make every dollar count
  • Track campaign and event performance, build reports and dashboards, and use the data to decide what to do next
  • Use AI tools to work faster and better on content, research, analysis and reporting, while keeping the quality bar high
Requirements
  • Around five years of B2B marketing experience in technology, cloud, professional services or a partner-led environment

  • Strong project management skills, plus the confidence to influence stakeholders inside and outside the company
  • Clear, persuasive writing and presentation skills
  • Experience with marketing and sales tools such as Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Marketo and event-management platforms
  • Proficiency with data and dashboards, and the judgment to turn numbers into recommendations
  • Practical fluency with AI productivity and content tools, and the judgment to know when to trust the output
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically at least once a quarter
