We are presently on the lookout for a remote Associate Operational Specialist with exceptional English communication skills. Previous experience in the IT sector is not necessary.
This is a starter-level position that delivers training in the assessment and verification of technical profiles, along with the special chance to be part of a global team environment.
Responsibilities
- Review profiles of IT specialists across a variety of markets
- Help strengthen the EPAM brand and bring high-quality professionals into the organization
- Make effective use of internal company tools, platforms, and documentation
Requirements
- Strong English language skills (B2+ level)
- A minimum of 6 months' experience in administrative roles, sales, IT research, or any comparable area
- Skilled with MS Office
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated analytical mindset and decision-making capability drawing on prior cases
- Proactive and flexible when facing changes in a business setting
- Fast learner
- Capable of organizing priorities, juggling multiple assignments, and meeting deadlines
