We are on the lookout for a committed and meticulous Associate Operation Specialist to enhance our team at EPAM Systems. Your primary role will be to oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are smoothly and effectively integrated into our organization. Your dedicated efforts will be crucial in laying a strong foundation for new employees, thereby boosting their ongoing success and satisfaction within the company.

Responsibilities
  • Supply essential information and resources to new hires for a successful orientation
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for new hires, managing their queries and overseeing the onboarding process
  • Handle all necessary new hire documentation, including employment contracts and other related paperwork
  • Administer the background check process prior to hiring, coordinating with external vendors
  • Track the progress of new employees and address any onboarding challenges that arise
  • Work closely with local HR and relevant stakeholders to facilitate a seamless transition for new hires
  • Organize and manage logistics for the onboarding of new employees, including scheduling and material preparation
  • Lead onboarding activities, providing continuous guidance and support to new hires
  • Ensure thorough completion of background checks and paperwork, adhering to all legal and administrative standards
  • Support new hires in completing necessary paperwork and setting up IT resources
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field
  • At least 2 years of experience in onboarding roles, demonstrating a history of successful onboarding initiatives
  • Comprehensive understanding of onboarding practices, HR policies, and relevant employment laws in India
  • Exceptional organizational skills to effectively manage and optimize the onboarding process
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills to develop positive interactions with new employees
  • Acute attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple onboarding tasks simultaneously
  • The ability to adapt and be flexible to cater to the varying needs of new employees
  • Proficient in using HRIS and familiar with different applicant tracking systems
  • Competent in MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations related to onboarding and employee documentation
  • Proficient in English, with strong capabilities in both written and verbal communication (B2+ level or higher)
Nice to have
  • Experience in delivering training sessions for new hires
  • Understanding of broader HR functions including performance management and employee engagement strategies
