Responsibilities
  • Handle comprehensive staffing operations throughout assigned Solution Practices, keeping project needs and resource supply properly matched
  • Partner directly with Discipline Leads to gain insight into demand and supply priorities, resource availability, and arising staffing difficulties
  • Work alongside project teams to define role criteria, essential skills, experience benchmarks, timelines, and other important staffing information
  • Propose creative staffing options such as part-time roles, resource rotations, cross-practice partnerships, internal transfers, and external recruitment
  • Flag staffing shortages, capacity bottlenecks, and potential risks proactively, suggesting appropriate corrective measures
  • Oversee several competing staffing requests at the same time, ensuring prompt delivery that supports organizational objectives
  • Develop and maintain trustworthy relationships with Discipline Leads, Delivery Managers, project stakeholders, Talent Acquisition, and other internal functions
  • Support clear dialogue among stakeholders to encourage transparency, alignment, and timely choices
  • Define clear expectations, maintain accountability, and monitor follow-through to ensure staffing targets are met
  • Clearly relay staffing concerns, suggest potential fixes, and raise risks to leadership when warranted
  • Encourage uniform adherence to staffing best practices and recognized operational workflows
  • Manage operational priorities and staffing responsibilities with reduced supervision
  • Track staffing workflows to uncover inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements
  • Ensure precision, quality, and punctuality across all staffing-related documentation, updates, and outputs
  • Study staffing patterns, resource availability, and operational obstacles to enable informed decisions
  • Help design and deploy staffing standards, best practices, and workflow enhancements
  • Encourage cross-team cooperation and knowledge sharing to elevate operational performance overall
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience in staffing, recruitment, resource management, HR, or business operations, ideally within an IT services, consulting, or professional services context
  • At least 2 years operating in Senior, Lead, Manager, or Owner-level functions
  • Clear history of managing engagements involving teams of 5 or more full-time employees
  • Strong capability in stakeholder management, collaborating successfully across diverse teams and organizational levels
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and produce results within a fast-moving, continually changing environment
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving competencies, including spotting risks, weighing options, and suggesting workable solutions
  • A forward-thinking, creative, solution-driven mentality, capable of extending beyond typical staffing methods
  • Strong organizational ability, meticulous attention to detail, and a high standard of ownership and accountability
  • Capability to sway stakeholders, build alignment, and push decisions forward without formal authority
  • Capacity to function independently with minimal direction while remaining collaborative and team-oriented
  • Fluent English (B2) alongside strong verbal and written communication skills
