We are looking for a remote Associate Manager with a strong background in Talent Development and Learning Enablement to join our team as an Instructional Design Manager.
As a manager, you will drive business growth and foster client partnerships within the specified location. You will be responsible for leading and being consultative in client engagements, managing client relationships, and establishing and leading teams for learning and enablement roles.

- Ensure high-quality results that meet or exceed client expectations, while maintaining a focus on business growth
Requirements
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in an established consulting firm environment, preferably focused in the Tech Industry, a blend of consulting and industry is also acceptable. This experience must include leading client-facing learning and enablement initiatives, building learning organizations, and business development.
- At least 5 years of experience managing teams of Instructional Designers, Content Developers, and Workforce Experience Vendors
- Experience optimizing Learning Organizations’ processes, systems, workflows, and roles/responsibilities
- Viewed internally and externally as an expert on Learning; understands and speaks confidently; keeps current on trends within emerging technology, best practices and policies, use a broad base of experience to advise clients on learning experience design and learning organization solutions to keep in line with the rapidly changing business landscape
- Working knowledge of and ongoing curiosity of industry-leading Learning development tools and software (Articulate, Captivate, Vyond, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.) and Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone, Skillsoft, Intellum, Litmos, Docebo, etc.)
- Expertise in sourcing, contracting, and managing localization, learning technology, content creation, and multimedia teams and contractors
- Formal education in Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, or related discipline
- Expert knowledge of instructional design methodologies including but not limited to: ADDIE model, SAM, backward design, e-learning blueprint, design thinking, and interactive learning experiences
- Knowledge of Agile and Human-centered Design methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, work independently, and meet strict deadlines
- Expert knowledge of assessing and measuring learning impacts and outcomes
- Native-level English Language writing and speaking ability (C2 level proficiency)
