Associate Delivery Manager

We are inviting an Associate Delivery Manager to enhance our remote workforce, playing a crucial role in guiding the delivery of IT projects. This role is perfect for those proficient in handling intricate IT projects and who excel in dynamic, swiftly changing settings. As an Associate Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, adhere to outlined scopes, and achieve quality targets. Your capabilities in orchestrating team efforts and effective communication will be vital to your success.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the coordination of project management tasks, resources, equipment, and information
  • Segment projects into actionable tasks with defined timelines
  • Engage with clients to clarify project requirements, scope, and goals
  • Delegate tasks to team members while aiding in the management of schedules
  • Track the progress of projects and address any emergent issues
  • Serve as the primary communication liaison, updating all stakeholders on project status
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to resolve any project roadblocks
  • Develop and uphold detailed project documentation, plans, and reports
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of IT experience, specifically in Delivery Management
  • At least 2 years in a leadership position overseeing a team of 5 or more in a managerial or ownership role
  • Documented success in managing at least two full-cycle projects or various projects through different stages of the development lifecycle
  • Expertise in utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) for application management and deployment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities to effectively tackle project-related challenges
  • Advanced level of English proficiency, both spoken and written, at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
Nice to have
  • Professional certifications such as PMP or Certified Scrum Master
  • Experience with managed services aimed at ongoing improvement and operational excellence
  • Experience in establishing new processes or systems in a Greenfield project environment
