We are on the lookout for an energetic Associate Delivery Manager to enhance our remote team. This role is pivotal in supporting our client, a leader in the medical industry. As an Associate Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in facilitating groundbreaking medical innovations through meticulous project management. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive oversight abilities, a robust understanding of IT and project delivery, and a dedicated commitment to fostering innovation within the medical field. Your strategic planning and coordination skills will be essential in optimizing processes and boosting productivity.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality benchmarks
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to clarify project specifications and expected outcomes
- Lead project teams, fostering an environment of teamwork and high productivity
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks
- Apply Agile and Scrum frameworks to streamline project execution
- Monitor and report on project KPIs to assess performance and results
- Provide consistent updates on project progress to key stakeholders
- Oversee the strategic allocation and utilization of resources throughout the project
- Work closely with IT teams to maximize technology efficiency in project implementation
- Continually seek and implement improvements in project processes
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in the IT field
- Proven leadership experience of at least 2 years, managing teams of five or more
- Involvement in at least 2 complete development cycles or various stages of multiple projects
- Strong foundational knowledge and practical experience with SDLC and project management methodologies
- Basic proficiency in Project and Delivery Management practices
- Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies, essential for effective project management
- Advanced knowledge of Cloud technologies for effective data storage and access
- Profound understanding of Program and Project Management methods
- Excellent grasp of various technology domains to aid in strategic decision-making
- Superior English communication skills (B2+), both verbal and written, for effective communication and presentations
Nice to have
- Certifications like PMP or PRINCE2 are beneficial
- Previous experience in the medical or healthcare industry is advantageous
- Familiarity with MedTech regulations and standards is preferred
