We're in search of a product leadership professional to manage a portfolio encompassing AI-powered products and take ownership of how our Product Management team applies AI — including strategy, standards, investment decisions, governance, and team capability. You'll lead and build out a team of Product Managers, hold ownership of product strategy and P&L across the portfolio, and elevate the organization's AI-driven product skills
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of Product Managers overseeing a portfolio that includes AI-powered products, while maintaining full ownership of strategy, vision, and P&L across the portfolio
- Shape an AI-informed product strategy that highlights competitive advantages against commoditization trends and arranges roadmaps according to technological change
- Guide build, buy, and partnership investment choices for AI functionality, manage business cases and ROI indicators, and supervise experimentation spending
- Handle AI feature economics and lifecycle responsibilities, including cost monitoring, latency optimization, pricing approaches, and vendor or model drift decisions
- Define organizational standards, operating models, and review gates for AI feature work to preserve consistent quality and accountability
- Oversee responsible AI governance processes covering data privacy, algorithmic bias, security, transparency, human oversight, and regulatory compliance
- Develop team AI skills through focused coaching, shared playbooks, prompt and agent libraries, and demanding hiring standards
- Drive effective cross-functional collaboration spanning engineering, data science, design, and machine learning teams while maintaining product accountability
- Serve as the organization's voice on AI product strategy and roadmap direction when engaging senior clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant, hands-on Product Management experience with demonstrated success managing product lines and leading PM or PO teams
- Proven history launching 3 or more products to market, including advanced AI-powered functionality
- Clear track record owning full product vision, strategic roadmaps, portfolio alignment, and P&L responsibility
- Strong skills in financial modeling and portfolio analysis for prioritizing budget decisions by ROI and evaluating AI business cases
- Substantial subject matter expertise across multiple business domains with keen insight into technological disruption and market trends
- Functional AI literacy spanning core concepts, capabilities, and limitations to inform technical proposals and investment choices
- Executive leadership ability in shaping organizational strategy, communicating complex direction to senior stakeholders, and driving key business KPIs
- Skilled at establishing operational frameworks for AI deployment and raising team performance through structured enablement and coaching
- Deep command of AI-driven portfolio strategy, investment decision-making, and roadmap sequencing
- Comprehensive understanding of responsible AI governance including privacy, security, auditing, and regulatory requirements such as the EU AI Act
- Capable in managing AI feature economics, unit economics, infrastructure costs, and model lifecycle decisions
- Advanced skill in evaluating AI prototypes, technical proposals, and experimental initiatives
- Ongoing hands-on integration of AI tools into regular workflows to stay adaptable as technology progresses
- Strong English communication skills at a C1 level or higher, supporting effective collaboration across borders

- Hands-on experience with advanced AI prototyping and feature building to strengthen technical feasibility assessments
- Active participation in external thought leadership through industry talks, publications, and professional community engagement
- Direct experience establishing enterprise-scale AI governance and enablement programs within an organization
