We're looking for an AI native Product Management Director – BFSI Domain to join our team in the United Kingdom in a hybrid or remote working mode. This role provides an opportunity to lead AI and Generative AI transformation initiatives for leading BFSI organizations. You will act as a strategic advisor to clients and drive large-scale enterprise adoption of cutting-edge AI technologies that deliver measurable business value.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute AI and Gen AI product strategy and roadmap for BFSI clients aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives providing strategic guidance on AI adoption, enterprise Gen AI engagements and digital transformation
- Drive enterprise-wide AI adoption by identifying high-impact use cases, building business cases and leading change management initiatives for successful integration of AI solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, design and business stakeholders to deliver innovative AI and Gen AI solutions from concept to launch
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle including ideation, requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment and post-launch optimization
- Engage with BFSI clients to understand business challenges and translate them into actionable AI and Gen AI product opportunities
- Champion enterprise Gen AI engagements including large language models, conversational AI and AI-driven automation ensuring scalability, security and compliance
- Monitor market trends, emerging technologies and competitor activities to inform product strategy
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support go-to-market strategies and client engagement
- Evangelize AI and Gen AI best practices internally and externally to position EPAM as a thought leader in the BFSI AI space
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management with a focus on AI/ML and Gen AI solutions
- Deep expertise in the development, implementation and enterprise adoption of applied AI and Gen AI products preferably within the BFSI domain
- Strong understanding of BFSI industry processes, regulatory landscape and digital transformation trends
- Experience advising C-suite executives and driving organizational change and AI adoption at scale
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed global environment
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and client-facing skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools
- Ability to travel as required

- Knowledge of AI governance, ethical AI and bias mitigation strategies
