We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer to join our team, focusing on the development of AI agents and supporting backend and frontend applications in a high-impact environment. Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend and full-stack applications, AI agents and platform components
- Build developer tooling, CI/CD and observability for safe, fast iteration
- Apply secure SDLC and privacy-by-design practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
- Use current LLM patterns (RAG, retrieval, routing, tool-use, evals) to deliver reliable, efficient AI systems
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong full-stack development skills
- Experience with AI agents (TypeScript, .NET)
- Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Proven track record of secure, reliable, cloud-native systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience with LangChain/LangGraph, vector/RAG systems or OpenSearch
- ML experience (training, deployment, monitoring)
- Understanding of LLMs, fine-tuning and model adaptation
