We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer to join our team, focusing on the development of AI agents and supporting backend and frontend applications in a high-impact environment. You will play a key role in shaping innovative solutions that drive business value and client success.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend and full-stack applications, AI agents and platform components
- Build developer tooling, CI/CD and observability for safe, fast iteration
- Apply secure SDLC and privacy-by-design practices
- Perform TDD and BDD as part of everyday engineering practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
- Use current LLM patterns (RAG, retrieval, routing, tool-use, evals) to deliver reliable, efficient AI systems
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong full-stack development skills (C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core, TypeScript, Angular and/or ReactJS)
- Experience with AI agents and implementing AI Software Development Life Cycle with maturity 2.5+
- Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Skills in designing and implementing REST APIs
- Understanding of CI/CD principles and tooling
- Understanding of DevSecOps concepts, secure coding, and automated quality gates
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
Nice to have
- Experience with LangChain/LangGraph, vector/RAG systems or OpenSearch
- ML experience (training, deployment, monitoring)
- Understanding of LLMs, fine-tuning and model adaptation
