We are seeking motivated IT professionals to join the Advanced Cybersecurity training program. If you are interested in protecting modern digital systems, strengthening software security, and building resilient cloud architectures using industry-standard cybersecurity practices, we invite you to become part of this learning journey.
This educational program focuses on application security, DevSecOps, cloud security, security architecture, secure software development, threat modeling, identity and access management, Zero Trust principles, and enterprise security design. Participants will gain practical experience with modern cybersecurity tools, frameworks, and methodologies while developing the skills required to secure applications, cloud environments, and software delivery pipelines.
The program runs for 28 weeks and is delivered in English through a fully online format, combining theoretical learning, hands-on labs, practical exercises, workshops, and mentor support. Applications are open until August 13. Selected participants will begin the program in October, following successful completion of the selection process and eligibility verification.

- Participate in instructor-led training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities
- Learn cloud security fundamentals and modern approaches to securing cloud environments
- Apply identity and access management, encryption, monitoring, and logging practices
- Explore Kubernetes security, Web Application Firewalls, and cloud-native security tools
- Learn secure software development practices and OWASP security principles
- Integrate security controls throughout the Software Development Life Cycle
- Work with SAST, DAST, and Software Composition Analysis tools
- Apply threat modeling techniques to identify and mitigate security risks
- Study DevSecOps practices and security integration within CI/CD pipelines
- Learn vulnerability management and automated security testing approaches
- Develop secure application architecture and design skills
- Explore Zero Trust security models, governance frameworks, and compliance requirements
- Participate in practical cybersecurity exercises, labs, and real-world scenarios
- Collaborate with mentors and fellow participants during workshops and discussions
- Build a holistic understanding of modern cybersecurity practices across applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments
- No previous participation in the Tech Orda voucher program
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT
- Successful completion of the program selection process
- Knowledge of English at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and applications
- Fundamentals of cybersecurity
- Understanding of basic cloud computing concepts
- Basic Git skills
- Understanding of web technologies and client-server architecture
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to completing theoretical and practical program activities
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Knowledge of containerization technologies and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with secure coding practices
- Understanding of CI/CD concepts and automation tools
- Basic knowledge of security testing methodologies
- Awareness of OWASP Top 10 security risks
- Interest in security architecture and cloud-native security
