We are looking for a Subcontractors Admin Office Specialist to make our Subcontractors Operations team even stronger.

Responsibilities
  • Work with agreements with EPAM Contractors/Subcontractors in different countries
  • Create contracts and administer contract signing
  • Maintain ongoing communication with Contractors/Subcontractors related to agreements
  • Collect accompanying documentation
  • Handle termination of Service agreements and closing of cooperation
  • Act as "one entry point" on all admin-related matters in EPAM connected with contractors, to make regular calls with Contractors/Subcontractors, EPAM departments and project staff/personnel
  • Develop contractors related processes
  • Develop and maintain contract templates database
  • Work with EPAM internal systems
  • Take part in the preparation of policies and local guidelines
Requirements
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Capability to work with documentation with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Great communication skills
  • Completed higher education
  • Work experience in similar roles
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Capability to work with a large amount of information, readiness for multitasking and problem-solving mindset
  • Capability to set goals and achieve them, resistance to stress and high level of self-control
  • High self-management, task prioritizing and organizing skills with ability to cope with intensive workload
