Account Manager II

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager II to act as a subject matter expert.

You will work at various long-term unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject matter expert within Account Management and Delivery Management
  • Act as the Account lead with clients, internal teams and BU heads
  • Oversee new delivery service offerings and remediate a troubled service offering
  • Analyze and troubleshoot P&L
  • Align with other EPAM Account Managers and Senior Leadership to co-develop/ support account plans and strategies for delivery, growth, and client satisfaction
  • Responsible for project/ program management to ensure successful delivery through an integrated delivery model
  • Support sales/ pre-sales activities by assessing opportunities, responding to RFP's
  • Establish relationships with clients and prospective clients
  • Ability to close/ sign new deals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Management, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Business Administration, Economics, or closely related discipline; plus 5 years of employment experience in the job offered (Account Manager), HR Manager, Project Manager, Software Engineering Manager/Lead Software Engineer, Program Manager, Delivery Manager, Sales Executive CTO, Department Director/Head of Department, Business Analyst, or closely related occupation
  • Utilizing software development methodologies, processes, techniques, and quality planning methods, including Agile, in all phases of work
  • Utilizing distributed enterprise applications to support account planning and strategy
  • Using at least one of the following data visualization tools: Tableau or Power BI to provide insights on business benefits to clients, creating proposals and presentations, and establishing relationships with clients and prospective clients
  • Utilizing at least one of the following project management software/tool: Jira or Kanban for workflow and project management
  • Employing business intelligence concepts, including e-commerce and risk management, and applying at least one of the following CRM tools: Salesforce or MS Dynamics to develop business strategies that achieve client business goals
