Account Manager I

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager I to act as a subject matter expert within Account Management and Delivery Management.

You will work at various long-term unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject matter expert within Account Management and Delivery Management
  • Act as the Account lead with clients, internal teams and BU heads
  • Align with other EPAM Account Managers and Senior Leadership to co-develop/ support account plans and strategies for delivery, growth, and client satisfaction
  • Work closely with project/ program management to ensure successful delivery through an integrated delivery model
  • Support sales/ pre-sales activities by assessment of opportunities, response to RFP's, creation of proposals and presentations, establishment of relationships with clients and prospective clients, and help to close/ sign new deals
Requirements
  • 4 years of employment experience in the job offered (Account Manager), HR Manager, Project Manager, Software Engineering Manager/Lead Software Engineer, Program Manager, Delivery Manager, Sales Executive, CTO, Department Director/Head of Department, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or closely related occupation
  • Utilization of software development methodologies, processes, techniques, and quality planning methods, including Agile, in all phases of work
  • Utilization of distributed enterprise applications to support account planning and strategy
  • Use of at least one of the following data visualization tools: Tableau or Power BI to provide insights on business benefits to clients, creation of proposals and presentations, and establishment of relationships with clients and prospective clients
  • Utilization of at least one of the following project management software/tool: Jira or Kanban for workflow and project management
  • Employment of business intelligence concepts, including e-commerce and risk management, and application of at least one of the following CRM tools: Salesforce or MS Dynamics to develop business strategies that achieve client business goals
