We are looking for an experienced A/B Testing Manager to own the experimentation process end-to-end, partnering with Engineering, Analytics and Site Optimization to ensure experiments are correctly designed, configured, tracked and evaluated.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end A/B testing setup and execution for the pod
- Coordinate with Analytics and Site Optimization on experiment design, metrics, attribution and analysis
- Challenge hypotheses, success metrics, tracking and attribution to ensure reliable results
- Partner with Engineering on technical implementation, troubleshooting and experiment readiness
- Ensure correct configuration and usage of Adobe Target and alignment with Akamai setup/dependencies
- Drive continuous improvement of experimentation processes
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in A/B testing and experimentation
- Understanding of experimentation methodology, metrics, attribution and analytics
- Proficiency in Adobe Target
- Working knowledge of Akamai and digital experience delivery
- Strong cross-functional skills and ability to challenge and align Engineering, Analytics and Site Optimization
- Strong technical understanding of web/digital products and tracking
- Proficiency in English at a B2+ level
Nice to have
- Experience with AI, chatbots or conversational products
- Background in E-commerce / retail
- Skills in SQL and/or Python
