We're looking for a remote 2nd Line / Environments Support Engineer with 6+ months of application/environments support experience to join our team.

The customer is a leading agriculture company helping to improve global food security by enabling millions of farmers to make better use of available resources. Through world-class science and innovative crop solutions company commits to rescuing land from degradation, enhancing biodiversity, and revitalizing rural communities.

The main focus is on the documents development automation for the platform that provides the business with a new capability of carrying out content authoring using a data-driven structured approach. The solution is based on Quark software - Quark Publishing Platform and Quark XML Author.

Responsibilities
  • Work on support and development of externally built platform modifying it for the client’s needs
  • Configuring templates of labels (documents) as requested by the client
  • Resolve support tickets of platform end-users in Service Now
Requirements
  • 6+ months of application/environments support experience
  • Understanding of the SDLC, Agile, Business cases, Client-Server architecture, Application support (Incident\Request fulfillment processes)
  • Experience with bug\ticket\project management tools, e.g., Jira, Service NOW
  • Technical background (especially MS Windows, Git, XML, XSLT)
  • Fast learner
  • Intermediate English level is a must (B1+)
