We are currently looking for a remote 2nd Line / Environments Support Engineer with 6+ months of Business Intelligence experience and deep Qlik Sense knowledge to join our team.
The customer is a global medical company specializing in eye care products with headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland.
The main pool of tasks is associated with the support of Qlik Sense migration.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for the end users within Qlik migration from Novartis to Alcon (in prem)
- Configuration of Qlik Sense data sources
- Qlik Sense/View servers administration
- Resolve issues
- Support of existing monitoring solution and enhance it when necessary
Requirements
- 6+ months of Business Intelligence experience
- Qlik Sense knowledge, experience in Qlik Sense administration (without admin skills candidates can't be considered)
- Windows infrastructure and Windows servers management experience
- Strong communication skills, ability to present technical ideas in business-friendly language
- Basic PROD support experience (Incident management)
- Experience with Linux like Operating systems
- Experience in Monitoring setup
- English level proficiency B1
